What happened to Season Pass Sales?

At first I thought it was just a temporary thing. There were no season passes for games available during the Countdown to New Year Sale (despite the year before having a day dedicated to season passes). But the trend has continued. Several games I have
been holding out on (Assassin's Creed Syndicate, Star Wars Battlefront, etc.) have gone on sale multiple times, but only the game or the deluxe version of the game. I don't feel like the Season Pass for either of those games are really a good deal, but I
have yet to see any major games' season passes go on sale for months, meanwhile several season passes have actually gone up in price. Any ideas if this is just the new norm and we should never expect to see season passes go on sale again, or is this just
an oversight on Microsoft's side?

What happened to my season pass?

The Season Pass on the Market says you have to pay because technically the cards and the Marketplace versions are different. Anything you redeem via code the Marketplace won't recognize you own as it only shows Games on Demand version. I have the same problem
with DLC that came as a code.

As long as everything is acting correctly for you having the pass, you shouldn't need to worry.

 

What happened to my season pass?

I originally played my halo 4 limited edition on my old Xbox that is now broken. After buying a new one, I reinstalled my halo. Once it was done installing, I went over to redownload all my DLC but apparently my new Xbox doesnt recognize that I have the
season pass on halo and is saying I must pay the full list price for them. I went to license transfer and finally found my DLC, I downloaded the DLC and it was problem solved. Now the new Champions pack is releasing and I'm worried that it still won't recognize
my season pass and I can't get it. Is there any way that my Xbox will remember my season pass again or is it impossible? The season pass on the market says I have to pay for the season pass that came with my edition and my recent downloads for my license transfer
doesn't show up my season pass anymore. Please if anyone can help in any way, I would appreciate it. Thank you.
