What happened to my vip status?

I was getting 10% back through xbox rewards but it shows now I'm a beginner vip but i have been a member since 2013 and i spend over 200$ every month. This is the first time i have been on the xbox rewards page in a while i was letting my points build up
but now it shows i haven’t even been getting any rewards at all. It had me down for 10% rewards a year ago but now its says I'm a beginner vip and get 0% back.

Xbox rewards + VIP disappeared!

what happened to my VIP level and my rewards? I had 1600 credits and some progress to my 5th star and now everything is gone !

I was almost a 5 star VIP and now im back to 1. What happened?

I also haven't received any credits for anything else. Last date of rewards deposit was 01/28/2015

Hello BadBoyzHolla,

You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at Xbox Live Rewards .

-or-

2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

In September 2014 we changed to the MyVIP policy. As a result, payback based off Gamerscore (MyAchievements) was discontinued. Also, as of July 2014, we do not award Credits for Xbox Live Gold renewals. MyVIP has a recalibration every year. At the end of
the year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from the previous year, and set your progress to the default state. This happened in September 2015 and December 2016. Since you are a zero star member, you do not
get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (Xbox Live Rewards).

Even when we had MyAchievements, while you were one of the higher ranks (Legend), that was still not 10% back. It was 3%. Since the bulk of your purchases have been in-game consumables, which are not eligible for MyVIP, they have not awarded payback.

What should I be looking for to buy VIP status on forza 3? Like what the name of it?

There was a delay in our purchase information source around the beginning of this month that caused your purchases on the 28th to appear after the extra star calculations had been run. We are currently working with our platform team to promote the users
