What happened to my refund money?

Note that many worldwide banks consider weekends as 'none processing' days. It varies from bank to bank and country to country. So if you requested a refund on Saturday, you likely wouldn't get your refund until Wednesday at the earliest or Friday at the latest.

Keep in mind it can take at least 3 to 5 business days after a refund is approved to get the funds. In some cases it can take longer depending on the credit card company.

sorry to hear. In your
order history you can see what was you bought/redeemd and at the
account balance! Is this different to your XBOX console:
"delete and readd your usere" to refresh the Cache! Or
"power cycle your Xbox One console" like this

1. Turn off the Xbox One console by pressing the Xbox button
   on the front of the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down completely.
   
2. Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 30 seconds.
   Important Be sure to wait 30 seconds. This step resets the power supply.
   
3. Plug the console power cable back in.
4. Press the Xbox button
   on your console to turn on the Xbox One.
