Xbox Live account eats hard drives?

Hey there! So, what exactly do you mean by "eat"? What happened with the previous HDD? Was this the same thing that happened to your second HDD?

When they (microsoft, not the reward team) made these forum changes a lot of functionality was not rolled out so we do not have access to our old posts (as of now).

You should re-iterate your issue in this thread so the reward team can get to your post since it's possible they do not have access to the old posts either.

Given all the changes (and I agree about this new forum) it may take them a couple of extra days to get around to responding to threads.
