    What happened to my Gamerscore?


    On December 28 i got my Gamescore to 444444 points. Now, today I realized my score has been reduced by over 30K. I have rebooted my Xbox, but I suspect this is a server side problem since my score is wrong not only on the console, but in the Windows app,
    the Android App and in TrueAchievements.com

    I have not check my entire game list, but a game I completed last month: Shadow of Mordor now shows as if I have never even played it with 0 gamescore. Destiny 2 is also showing with 0 achievements even thought I have been playing that game now for a few
    years. I tried calling Xbox support, but that's a joke, the first time nobody answered, the second time I got a lady on the phone with a hard to understand accent and she hung up on me while I was explaining to her my problem. Even though they were the ones
    who called me, no attempt to call me again was made by them. The third call went unanswered like the first one.

    Any help how to fix this? any idea why this happened?

    davemcfly85 i had already tried deleting my profile from my account and redownloading it and my gamerscore is still at zero i do know that if a gamerscore has been reset a cheater mark is placed but mine doesnt have one so my questions still stands what

    Gamerscore not adding up correctly on Xbox One

    My gamerscore corrected itself today. It didn't happen "over night" though, it happened upon unlocking another achievement in the game that my gamerscore was probably missing the achievement from.
