What happened to my game and Why did it happen?

Hi, The only reason I can think of where you may encounter issues with this is your country/reigon.

Although you should still be able to play Tomb raider: Definitive Edition on Xbox one. Try searching and downloading from the store, as it hasn’t been removed. When I search for it in the store, I get this:

You can play Tomb Raider: Definitive Edition with your Xbox Live Gold or buy it to own.

(If the game is installed, the above message will obviously change accordingly and appear different). You also wouldn’t need to purchase it, as it’s a free gold game.

I’m not sure why it was removed from your console but you shouldn’t experience any problems if you’re using your correct account and you definitely got it when it was free with gold.

The game should also appear in both your owned games and your Gold games libary so try installing it from there. If not try going through your

Order history on your account on a different device. This will show you all your orders and purchase activity from all time, right from when you created your account until now.

What happened? Why did you not get the code? What game is it for? Maybe contact the game makers to see what happened.

This situation is totally out of our control here in Xbox since this is a game related problem. What I can recommend you to do is to use a different account in seeking an explanation of what really is the cause of the problem.
