    What happened to my fireworks jigsaw puzzle collection?


    I used up almost all my points to get the collection of puzzles and it is not to be found among my downloads. Where is it?

    jigsaw puzzle

    Jigsaw puzzle won't download purchased puzzle fireworks or daily challenges. This is the second time it has happened and I am a premium user. Recommend you don't buy premium service until they fix this problem.

    I'm sorry to see any issues with Jigsaw! Have you ensured that it did download? It might still be sitting in the Collections section waiting to download.

    If it's showing as downloaded, can you provide a screenshot of both the Collections screen showing that and the My Puzzles section that shows it's not installed? We'll be able to look at our next steps from there. What happened to my fireworks jigsaw puzzle collection? :)

    Microsoft jigsaw won't download puzzle collection

    Does anyone know how to delete jigsaw puzzle collections when they are completed.. It is one of my favorite games, but when I download them and can't DELETE them .. I don't want to use all my space for puzzles..

    PLEASE HELP ME DELETE THE COMPLETED JIGSAW PUZZLES.

    Microsoft Jigsaw issues

    The same thing happened with me with the London collection. I hit download, it took my coins and it started downloading and stopped 3/4 of the way. So now I'm out 5100 coins and no London jigsaw puzzle.
