    Hello

    I have 23,000 so far and there were not deposit nor converted at once so that means it the credits were not accurate a the recently one was expire and anther came too late and the rest unknown. Also i would like a refund for credit I didn't spend.

    Here to fix this problem all 23,000 credits must be deposit that mean all the separated once there status must be return and deposit so that i can be converted as one whole credit. I also ask for 90,000 reward credits as the credit adjusted isn't what i
    ask and therefore the problem need to be fixed and you Xbox live reward need to be repeating themselves and actually think and do.

    What happened to my account?

    Hello, your "profile" is your "gamertag" if it was an online profile. If you had a different gamertag previously, from the looks of your post I'm guessing it was "Roguemant". You will need to download your profile using the e-mail and password associated
    with that account. If you can't remember what that e-mail address is you will need to contact phone support and speak with them about this.

    Each gamertag can only have one e-mail attached to it, so you would need to use the e-mail associated with the gamertag "Roguemant" to be able to download that "profile" to your XBOX 360 console. If you have access to your previous XBOX still and that that
    account is still accessible on that console you will be able to view what e-mail is on that gamertag by going to the XBOX 360 Dashboard > Settings > Account > Manage > Windows Live ID. The e-mail should be listed there, login with that e-mail.

    Hey FlaminNimrod! Are you sure that's the error code you're receiving? As there are typically only 8 digit error codes, perhaps there is a 0 missing in there? If you could check and make sure that would be great!



    To address the issue of this alternate Gamertag 'WalkingPurse4', I'd suggest logging into the account on your console and changing the Microsoft Account email associated with it. This will hopefully free up your old account to continue to use the email address
    you had attached to it!



    To change the email associated with that Microsoft Account you can take these steps:



    • Navigate to the Settings Hub (far right on the dashboard) and select Account.
    • Navigate to Your Information panel and select Account Security.
    • Select Change Microsoft Account.
    • Select Yes once you have created a new Microsoft Account.
    • Enter the password for your current Microsoft Account.
    • Enter the Microsoft Account and password you would like to use.
    • Complete the prompts to save your change.

    As mentioned in your previous post (Can't deposit my credits), promotional Credits expire from your Microsoft Account
    roughly one year after being placed in the Account as currency. This is a Microsoft policy that we have no control over. Furthermore, once we perform a deposit and place it into your Microsoft Account, we can no longer take any action on those Credits, and
    you would have to follow up with Xbox billing support for any assistance.

    You have received deposits of 23,000 Credits. Lifetime Credits include already deposited Credits, which you can review from your MyStatement on the MyRewards page, as mentioned in your previous posts. There you will see that you previously received two deposits
    two years ago:

    2016.3.30 - 10,000 Credit Deposit (5.40 GBP)

    2016.4.13 - 9,000 Credit Deposit (6 GBP)

    2017.4.12 - 4,000 Credit Deposit (2.40 GBP)

    The 3.30 deposit was from a 10,000 Credit adjustment that was performed on your account as a result of a missing Call of Duty map in the "Gimme 5" promotion.The 4.13 deposit of 9,000 Credits was from a follow up adjustment of 5,000 Credits to meet the retail
    value of that map pack ($15 USD), along with 4,000 survey Credits. The 2017 4.12 deposit was from survey Credits.

    The only purchase you have made since was for the title "THE FANCY PANTS ADVENTURES™" on July 23, 2016, for 6.75 GBP. This used your March 30th deposit, along with part of your April 13 2016 deposit. Since you did not spend the rest of that amount, and a
    year has now passed, the remainder of your April 13th deposit has now expired.

    Again, we cannot adjust four times the retail value of a prize into your account, especially after we have already adjust the value of that free map pack into your account.
