what happend to the 2 free xbox gold games per month. do i no longer own them?

You can only access xbox.360 and older titles without gold

im not here to hear 'working as intended' because iv had an xbox since it came out. and i do not have xbox gold 365 days outa the year. i know what games i have. and i know game pass dosnt work with out xbox gold. the 2 free games, have always been free. and they recently updated them. do not reply if you play cod.

Well im sorry but you are wrong. Not sure what else to tell you. Ive been getting games with gold since the concept of Games with gold was even created and youve always been required to continue your subscription in order to continue to have access to the games with gold.

You have always needed a Xbox live gold sub at least in order to play any downloaded Xbox One Games with Gold but you don't need gold to play any downloaded original Xbox or Xbox 360 Games with Gold.

It has always been that way & nothing has changed recently.

every time there are good free games, i bit xbox gold. download them and cancle the subscription. i keep the games and play them .. what the heck just happend. i downloaded blue fire and the drift game a day ago. and i cant play them without purchasing them.

Games with gold are yours to play for as long as you keep your gold subscription running. If you cancel your gold then you also lose access to the games with gold (with the exception of Xbox 360 games that came with it in the past) until you renew your subscription again. Its always been this way. Its working as designed so there is nothing to fix.
