What happen : Borderlands 2 and Pre-sequel.

I recovered Bordelands 2 and the pré-sequel in one special offer in Live Xbox Gold, having downloaded him I was able to play until today when both game began simultaneously posting me an error message is saying I do not have to buy the game nor even the
authorization by the Market Live Xbox, knowing that by going on the Market he suggests me throwing the game, thus : paradox !

Then, why i got this error message (0x803F8001) while I possess these games ?

By the way, i playing Borderland 2 today at 11AM and he stopped to work at 00.00 AM. I'm waiting about some explication !

Backwards Compatibiliy questions

I know that Xbox One has Borderlands: Handsome Jack Collection, which contains Borderlands 2 and Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel. However, I currently own Borderlands 2 and Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel on XBox 360. Borderlands 2 is backwards compatible, while
the Pre-Sequel is not. Is there a plan to make it Backwards Compatible? and what is the ETA? I don't think it is fair to make me purchase the Handsome Collection after purchasing these 2 games. Please let me know what Xbox is planning to do.

Borderlands 2 and Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel were only available to try for a free weekend on the 27-30 of october. After that you have to pay for them.
