So i bought Battlefield 1 for my xbox one and i went to go download it and it says "Do you own this game or app" so i checked to see if Microsoft charged me and they did so what do i do now?

ive updated my security info but still cant send messages off my xbox one, i baught a gold 3m pass 2/3days ago so dont know whats hapend tbh

Please make sure to check your game library or ready to download on the Xbox One console. Also check to make sure you have purchased the game on your account online.

Here is the link to check your purchase history: Sign in to your Microsoft account

If you have successfully purchased the game on your account the game should show up in your purchase history.

If the game is in your purchase history try to see if you can start the download from here by clicking on the game in your history.

If the download option is not available or you do not see the game in your purchase history but you believe that or verified that you have been charged for the game please contact Xbox Support.
