What game pass do I need to play palworld

It's not included with Core. On console you can use Game Pass Standard or Game Pass Ultimate.

So if I don’t have to buy the game but I can still play it on standard gamepass and does that allow online play

But please understand that the game is still the Preview version.

Means the players are kind of βeta testers.

PS: Yes Game Pass Standard allows online gaming.

Any game i try on pc games pass like Palworld is not working,

but when i use a different application for games like Steam, the games on steam are working.

so it seems to me to be a pc games pass issue?

Just to add to that, it doesn't have to be wireless, you can use the wired as well (Via ethernet cable like majority of PCs do). But other than that Slytherkat has it all pretty much covered.
