What exactly does refreshing the dashboard do?

Like in a Pc, sometimes there's a visual situation where the dashboard doesn't show the latest data, so you can use the refresh option to update that Information

Can you try to refresh the dashboard by following the directions below:

On the Dashboard, press the Guide button, hold RT, then press Y. It should force the dashboard to refresh.

Does that bring up any new content compared to what your brother sees?

Yeah, and you're the guy who can't read posts very well where the OP in one said he wanted THE MATTOCK and you were telling him to buy PSPs. Great advice there. Spending 99,000 credits on packs containing weapons he didn't care about. And you have the
nerve to say I'm "mostly wrong". At least I can give someone the correct advice.

And as for my comment, it was pretty simple. You throw a baseball at a window and it doesn't break, throw it at the window harder and it will break. Throwing something harder means you're throwing with more force causing more damage. Maybe I was wrong to
add the insult but I didn't expect someone I've only seen posting a few times in this section to jump on my back.
