What evidence do i show to roblox to prove my hacked account is mine?

My roblox account got hacked, ive sent proof, evidence, photos of the chats with the hackers, photos of the emails that said put an authenticator on my account and changed the password, and then of course roblox decides not to believe me after numerous emails and screenshots, i dont know what to do because google says roblox can still check the past emails on the account which i had on my account, but i guess theyre deciding to have terrible customer support, ive done another support form and this time also included a screen recording showing proof its not edited and if they dont reply, as they said in the past, or dont believe me ill honestly just go depressed, i dont know what else to do i even asked if theres anything else or any other evidence i could provide if i had but nothing..

you would have to ask Roblox it's not a Microsoft product and we have no ability to look at or support their account system

You should of got login notifications, and even account activity logs on your microsoft account that you're able to submit to them for evidence to prove you were hacked.

but njal upheld status means there was no sufficient evidence to prove their side of the story or mine.

My microsoft account was hacked and they changed my email, password and phone number. I still can see my authenticator generating codes. I tryed to recover it but i cant. They say that i cant prove that the account was mine. I dont know how to prove that the account is mine. I have all my documents saved in word and powerpoint on that account and i dont want to lose them + a lost of things in some games.

I can prove that I use this account since 2018 and that it was and it still is connected to my epic games account

It was unlawful, I have proof of not being responsible for this, my friends bank found the individual liable and I have already appealed. There was no evidence or specific reason to why I was was banned which is completely unreasonable. I just got off the phone with a supervisor that didn't have the enforcement departments contact so I am reaching out here to get unbanned., I can provide further evidence to prove even from the person who was hacked to prove I am not liable.
