What dose you’ll need internet for this weekend

Often your ISP provides the router configuration for all your internet needs. I work for a very big well known ISP. We are always willing to help resolve connection issues and insure the settings are set properly to allow you to use your network.

are you using a wired connection to the router or wireless?

have you tried resetting your router as well by unplugging the power for 5 minutes?

Ok so my router is complete trash. Ive replaced it countless times. I did try to reset it when the problem first came up but it did not help. But i should try again it has been a few hours.

he is trying to play madden 24, it has internet because it will download apps like Hulu and other things in the background but when he attempts to play a game it says he will need to be signed into his profile in order to play, he clicks on his username to enter the password and it says you’ll need internet for this, even though it’s currently hardwired to the internet and when you go into network settings it says it has internet. He is not listed as a child in his xbox live account/ profile.
