    On PC trying to play Forspoken, but it errors. Flight Sim starts fine but this new game not so much. Before I get a refund and buy from Steam any ideas how to get it work?

    What does this even mean: The account you're attempting to sign in with isn't provisioned for this environment. Your application may not be configured correctly.

    Are you attempting to use the cloud or is this a local installation of flight simulator?

    Also, buying from Steam will not change any technical issues you have, the only thing that’s different is the store wrapper

    Can you submit a case review for a permanent ban if it was for some small profanity?

    It's definitely permanent as these guys haven't seen what we're seeing. It appears to be a glitch hopefully they figure it out. Waiting out your suspension does nothing as the screen you're seeing means what it means your account isn't allowed to connect to their network as it is a permanent suspension. Meaning any attempts to connect to live will prompt you with the message we're seeing.
