    I keep getting this black box with a checkmark saying launch game when ready but that's it it's totally blank. Tried logging out and back in again and same problem. On an ROG ally

    First, please make sure that the date/time settings in Windows is correct. If you still have trouble after that try restarting your device.

    Beyond that you may want to contact ROG Support for more help.

    That account has been made on the Zune Network. Any account with friends etc and has that gamerpic is because of Zune.
