What does the "Reset and keep my games and apps" actually delete from the xbox

This step will remove the profiles on your console, make sure that you remember the email and password to your account.

No data or game saves will be lost doing this, everything is backed up to the cloud servers.

So actually what you have to do is go to settings and delete your account from your xbox ( don’t worry it will keep all your data) then go to settings also reset games and apps the restart your xbox and then it should work!

I believe this option will not delete captures as it does not delete your games.

By the way when i go to reset the first option says that i will delete my apps and settings but not my personal files what does this mean? that it will delete my apps and games or only microsoft apps?
