I never would have believed that whomever is in charge of updating or correcting "JIGSAW" could possibly still have a job at Microsoft. It has gone from bad to worse and shows no sign of any early resolution to the problem that not only makes it impossible
to play, but puts your computer at risk. Shame on the programmer who has failed miserably in ensuring Microsoft products can be relied upon to achieve a professional standard of operation.

What does it take to fix the problem<

Microsoft has a lot of unhappy people here. Why try to market Microsoft games if they're not supported. If there are so many problems, take the site down and fix it properly. (or re-write the code so it does work.)

I really doubt that anyone working for MS or any contractual 3rd party employee even reads these posts or cares! MS is undoubtedly trying to coerce players into opting for the paid version free of ads. That is the only reason they would allow the piss-poor
functionality of late. CPU goes to near saturation while MS Jigsaw is waiting to load ads!

Same here - Microsoft Jigsaw continues to say "Loading". Hopefully Microsoft will fix this glitch when they get back to work tomorrow. Frustrating!

This so frustrating. I, too have tried all you have no luck playing game. I did try one other suggestion from Microsoft. It required hitting a button for "fix now". We. after letting that app scan my computer (took about 10 minutes) it said I had
two viruses and several security risks , and for 41.95 they would fix it. I know it was just Microsoft way of getting money so I backed out of it. This really is awful. Guess we can't use the jigsaw game unless we are willing to fork over 41.95. What
game are they going to take away from us next?

Very fed up. Microsoft Jigsaw mostly doesn't load at all, sometimes it does and wants to download a free app, which then fails to load. It won't let me sign in. This is all very frustrating.
