i was paying for a monthly subscription on line but i cancelled it and i bought a 3 month gold subscription card and I put the code in and my payment was declined and it said that I have to pay the balance due and I don't understand
why I have to pay more money for it.

If it's a published 'Cheat Code' that's OK; if you found a way to unfairly cheat by hacking, that's what's not allowed.

Don't cheat in a game unless cheats have been deliberately enabled.

Don't modify or hack game content to create cheats.

If cheats are in the game and they are allowed. You can use them You are just not allowed to make your own.

For example: Saints Row is a game that you can use cheats offline/online. You just have to enter the code.

It sounds like auto-renewal did not get turned offer so they started another subscription, but since they were not able to charge you for it you have accrued a balance you would have to pay off before you can add the prepaid card. You would need to contact

Do you mean you had a 48hour or 14 day trial?

Fyi trial cards cannot be added to a gold membership because they are trials and does not change your status to gold

If you have an outstanding balance and was suspended due to it you need to pay it off trials nor prepaid codes pay off the balance

Usually if the amount on that page is in red, then it means it is overdue.
