The first charge is a validation chargrd it gets refunded immediately after you pass

Only way to get charged immediately is whe. You use ms accoumt balance

Unless you bought the battlenet pc version then console.policies don't apply

None of them are discounted currently, I would advise you to wait for a deal, since they usually are really good ones.
