What do you do when a BO2 Modder gave you modded achievements upon entering a public match?

I was playing Call of Duty Black Ops 2, and when I found a match, upon entering the match, there was a modder that gave me nearly all the achievements. I've got worried as I don't want to receive a ban on my Xbox 360, as I've read that 360 bans are permanent, and I wish to not receive a ban.

If you know who did it, you can report them so the enforcement team investigates them, but there's nothing you can do on your end to reverse it.

I joined an Xbox live match of COD BO2, and someone gave me a bunch of achievements by hacking. I don't remember his gamertag since he had a fake name modded in. He gave everyone in the lobby achievements, and left. I don't want my Xbox account
to get banned. What can I do?

As long as you didn't ask for them you shouldn't worry. Not sure how somebody can send achievements? If you can find his tag I would report him right away for hacking.

OMG. Black ops 2 just gave me, ME, a probation warning for leavin too many public matches. Because its apparently playing with the modders is what youre supposed to do now, i guess. Thats just too funny. Tells you just how many matches i had to leave in
that time.

be very carefull there are modders out there who can do very scary stuff when they are not in a public match
