Have you been suspended from talking in the party chat and sending messages

Party chat is still chat over Live. So you can still get suspended for something you say while talking to your friend.

Rep has nothing to do with suspensions.

This is a direct quote from the code of conduct that they are talking about that could get your account suspended:

"Lend, transfer, sell, or otherwise provide third parties access to your accounts or Gamertags"

So by giving your account information to your friend you are "Providing a third party access to your account"

Which is according to the code of conduct an offense that can get you suspended.

Do other things aside from gaming. Perhaps watch films, go out with friends? Or if you still want to play games, make some more friends on Xbox Live and just get a big game going; if your all in a party, your occupied talking to them also.
