it’s constantly freezing and unfreezing, when I press the home button on my controller it takes a long time for the menu to show up and if it doesn’t show up after 5 minutes it freezes my whole Xbox for another 10 min, when I try to play games on every game it freezes for 2-3 min, and now when I turn it on it doesn’t connect to the tv and doesn’t show video. I’ve power cycled it, factory reset it, cleared local saved games, tried a new hdmi cable, reset my router, but nothing worked and it still froze

Before you copy/move any contents to your USB, you need to configure your USB device for use with the Xbox 360. Here's how:

If your console get disconnected from LIVE during download you should be able to start downloading the content(s) again after your console is reconnected to LIVE.

Perfect with the update. However this shows that you are Port Forwarding to your own default gateway. You should Port Forward to a private IP address on the LAN side. You have to assign your Xbox with static IP address. Use this IP address to forward ports
used by Xbox LIVE. Make sure UPnP is turned off.
