    You don't need anything but a valid billing account/address such as a debit/credit card tied to your Xbox account and the money to pay for the subscription. OR, you can buy a physical gift card with a code
    for game pass.

    There's no minimum storage requirement or any thing hardware related. You may want to have Xbox Live Gold though, there's a lot of games on Game Pass with online features but... that can be entirely optional.
