Restart your PC: If Windows updates have recently been installed, you will need to restart your computer in order to install applications from the Microsoft Store.

Reset the Microsoft Store app and Xbox: Go to Settings menu > Apps, find the Xbox app and Microsoft Store app, click Advanced. Click Finish and Reset

Clear the store cache: You can do it using the wsreset command in Start > Run

Create a new user profile: This process will advise you to create a totally different login

Download Minecraft Launcher: If you are still having problems, you can try downloading Minecraft Launcher directly from their website

This actually works. But the problem is: what if someone dosen't have access to a computer to do this?

What's so bad about installing part of a game onto the HDD? It dosen't take very long, the only game i know that could take long is Socom Confrontation, which took around 30 minutes to do but that was it. For other games it takes 2-3 minutes. I do install
my most played games on my 360 to avoid having my drive wrecked. It's best played like that.

For troubleshooting, you may try the following:

Restart your Xbox console.

Press and hold the Xbox button in the center of your Xbox One controller to open the Power Center. Select Restart console and then select Restart. (If the console appears to be frozen, press and hold the Xbox button on the console for 10 seconds, until the console turns off. After the console shuts down, touch the Xbox button on the console again to restart.)

Network refresh.

After 5 minutes, plug the modem or gateway in first, and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.

If you are using a router, plug in the router and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.
