    So I got a reward from ms rewards and haven’t gotten anything yet except a confirmation code from text and idk what to do with it

    What exactly did it say on the email? Verification codes are used to verify your identity online when making transactions or changing account's sensitive information.

    What just happened after you redeemed your MS Rewards? Or have you really redeemed it or not yet? Check your transaction history using the app if there were recent successful transactions.

    Just to confirm, are you referring to the Roblox Digital Code for 100 Robux that you can redeem through the Microsoft Rewards Program? If yes, then it will be sent to your email once you redeem it on the Rewards dashboard.

    Thank you for the response.

    Microsoft rewards usually take 4-6 weeks to respond.

    Basically

    I redeemed 35000 for 3 months game pasd

    I received the Code to enter

    I Entered the Code,Nothing was added to my account

    I cannot send screenshots to rewards as the system will not allow it.

    I cannot reply to Microsoft rewards with a response or screenshots to confirm what I said.

    Thousands of players are having simular issues

    No statement from Rewards Team

    No acknowledgement that players are frustrated

    This week the rewards points are cut by half with no notification or announcement.
