    I just ordered 100 Robux with 1500 points and it keeps saying There's an issue with your account or order, also it says declined when I check my stats

    You'd have to contact Microsoft Rewards support via the contact link at the bottom of the Rewards site to see if they can give you more information.

    This forum is for Xbox Live Rewards program issues. Since you are not a Xbox Live Rewards member, this sounds like a Microsoft Rewards issue, which is a separate program. You would have to contact their support for assistance with this issue, via a link
    on the Microsoft Rewards page.

    First, please sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders and check what is the status of the order.

    If it’s “canceled or declined” it may mean that Microsoft was not able to get the charge for the pre-order.

    It did say it was declined but I do remember my card was charged with the Pre-order of it. But does this mean I got my money back or?
