What do I do when the customer support are no help and they can't do anything?

Hello Jonquel, I'm sorry for what happened regarding your account, we would like to set your expectation about this situation.

Enforcement is a department apart from this Community and Xbox service, is not possible for us to access to your account and Enforcement details to check or handle with your ban or suspension.

As this forum is public viewing and unfortunately as independent consultants we do not have access there is some data or your account, we cannot specify the actual reason or verify precisely what the reason for your suspension or ban or remove your ban or suspension.

you login to the enforcement site, if the ban is more than 3 days you get to submit one and only one review, if they uphold the decision there is nothing you can do, that is the ONLY way to contact them, support are not allowed to help and there is NO other way to contact them.

It makes no sense, what the point enforcement if they do have contact with them it's stupid and flawed

And no they can't give you contact info.it would be useless as people would.spam them and you would.never.get thrru
