i have got the email but when I type in the code it says something went wrong, please try again later. what do I do

Yes, it happens when trying to play call of duty ww2. It starts up and says something went wrong...i get options to restart or to reset . I get error codes and try to fix the error but it restarts and goes right back to the something went wrong screen!

I tried doing that but now whenever i try to open the game it says that something went wrong.

So I just bought the disc version of Forza Horizon 5 and everytime I try to launch the game it says “something went wrong” and displays the error code 0x87e50031. Please help me.
