    Every time i try to load up Ambulance Life that I only just baught it says: DirectX 12 is not supported on your system. Try running without the -dx12 or -d3d12 command line argument.

    - I have updated my Windows.

    Game file error involving DirectX 12

    I am trying to run Ambulance Life, a simulator game. I have 16G of RAM as well as a Intel HD Graphics 530. I know the GPU isnt the best, but I have been running multiple other games and it doesnt give me this issue. I also checked and I do indeed have DirectX 12 installed.

    someone please help it says i need a higher version of directx graphics card to dun the game i have directx12 but still its saying unable to run game

    what card do you have, windows will say it has directx 12 but your gpu may not be directx 12 compatable therefore you wouldnt be able to run games that use 12 only.

    I did what the solution is showing in that link. But again when I follow the steps it says that the minimum requirements is a system that runs with DirectX 11.1 or higher and my system has DirectX 12.

    I got my PC repaired and now Directx12 games are crashing.

    what GPU do you have, AMD what. as the OS is directX 12 but the GPU must support DX12 too.
