I bought the vault edition of mw2 I pre order it but says I only own standard when I go to store it says I have to buy vault again for £100 but it's not showing manage you own this but it's in my order history I don't know what to do I not recived my double xp tokens I've got the cinder weapon skins and 141 operators but in store says I only own standard edition.

Depending on the category selected you can find the callback or live chat option (keep in mind the business hours)

If you’re not able to find the desired option, change categories until you are able to see it
