What do I do if someone has access to my session id ?

I need help, someone has access to my xbox one account with lots of money on it, i do not know who that are but i have there gamertag what do i do

Nvm, I found out that someone stole my Microsoft Account and switched it to their email, but I've gotten access back to it now. Thanks anyway though.

What I had to do was say I don't have access to my account anymore, which involved giving my live device ID, gamertag, name and date of birth and postcode of places I often played my device on.

Thank you. The game is not reflected in my orders. It stopped abruptly according to my son. Since then he has not been able to access the game. I wanted to contact Microsoft to know what happened to the game I had bought with this id. Anything else to do to see the list of things I have bought? I have only MS Office showing in the purchases now. Can someone help me figure out what could have happened?

For some reason, the game is in my ready to play but I have not brought the game and no one has gifted me the game what do I do? If someone has gifted me the game why can't I access the game?
