What do I do if my Xbox says no signal is it on

I am very sorry for what you are going through, if the HDMI cable is damaged or not properly connected, the video signal may not reach the Xbox correctly. Check your HDMI cables to make sure they are properly connected to your devices and are not damaged. Try using another high speed HDMI cable.

* If you have an all-digital console like the Xbox One S all-digital edition or the Xbox Series S, you can do the display reset and bring up the startup troubleshooter using holding the BIND button only.

- Besides your TV, do you have any other external devices plugged into your console?

- Alternatively, would you mind giving these a try?

Power cycle your devices:

• Press and hold your console's power button until it shuts down.
• Unplug all external devices from the console.
• Unplug your console's power cord for 5 minutes.
• Turn your TV off and unplug it for 5 minutes.
• Plug everything back together
• Turn your console on and check if the issues persist.

Display reset:

• If there's a disc in the console, eject it.
• On the console, press and hold the Xbox button for 10 seconds to turn off the console.
• Press and hold the Xbox button and the Eject button until you hear a beep to turn on the console.
You’ll hear one beep right away and a second beep 10 seconds later. The power light will flash on before the second beep. DO NOT LET GO until the second beep occurs.

Xbox Startup Troubleshooter:

• Power off your console, and then unplug the power cord to ensure that the console is completely powered off.
• Wait 30 seconds, then plug the power cord back in.
• Press and hold the BIND button and the EJECT button, and then press the Xbox button on the console.
• Continue holding the BIND and EJECT buttons for 10-15 seconds.
• Listen for two “power-up” tones a couple of seconds apart. You can release the BIND and EJECT buttons after the second power-up tone.
• The console should power up and take you directly to the Xbox Startup Troubleshooter.

Let's try some steps to isolate the issue. Kindly turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely. Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds and then plug the console power cable back in. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on then try connecting to your WIFI again.

If you can access the settings, go to your Xbox Settings. Select Network Settings > Advanced Settings. Under Change Settings select Alternate MAC Address> select Clear. Allow the console to restart when prompted then check again.
