    So first off ive been playing for years on this same device and on the same account which is NOT the account I am using for this question. On this newly created account and my main account my minecraft says the same 2 things either "Sorry, we couldn't validate your account" or "You must be logged into XBL!" but im on nintendo switch? Sometimes it even tells me that i need to sign into my microsoft account even though my account is shown, im signed in, and i can access my microsoft account worlds. this is extremely weird because my internet is fine everything works and i have Nintendo switch online and all of my friends can play with eachother except for me. i can even add them on my account through the switch but when it comes to joining their servers/worlds or the built in servers it doesnt allow me to. This is such a weird issue and i have absolutely no idea what to do ive made an entirely new account and everything but NOTHING is working. Ive seen threads saying that theyve had the same issue and yet no solutions. Lastly and most recent i deleted the game and all of my saved data re-downloaded and still nothing it makes no sense both accounts arent working and MY last thought is theres a problem with my system, if anyone has any idea how to fix the PLEASE HELP ME!

    I apologize for the inconvenienced this has caused you. I will do my best to help you.

    Please clear cache on your Nintendo Switch. To do this, go to System Settings > System > Formatting Options > Clear Cache. This can resolve login validation issues.

    And then open Minecraft and select sign in. Please follow the instructions to get a code. Visit aka.ms/remoteconnect on another device, enter the code, and log in with your Microsoft account.

    Next is to verify your subscription by making sure that your subscription is active, as it's required for online play.

    Then check for updates. Kindly ensure that both Minecraft and your Nintendo Switch system software are updated to the latest versions.

    After that is to restart your router and ensure your Switch is connected to a stable network. Kindly test with a mobile hotspot as well and see if it works.

    No its not a server issue, idk if its a minecraft issue or a microsoft issue but when i try to play other servers like the hive and other servers it just says couldnt validate your login idk how to fix it.

    Have to powercycle modem to connect to live

    It says its connected to xbox live when I login, tried both auto and manually sign in, but if I try to access any online feature it will it will say I'm not connected then have to do the powercycle. EA server is what Im trying to connect to 95% of the
