What do I do if my account was hacked and subsequently Perma-suspended

My account was hacked into and subsequently permanently suspended. I have documents supporting the fact that someone had broken in. I was told by support that filing an appeal or contacting the enforcement team were my only options. Once arriving at the link I was provided, I realized that there was no getting in touch with them. I filed an appeal which was denied with no provided reason a couple of hours later. I don't know if I have any options left, I have had this account for around 9-10 years, with 0 prior offenses.

Im so Confused i can still sign in on my account on my phone and computer but it was im suspended perma on xbox i have no clue whats going on

I'm sorry you're having this issue, as I understand your concerns about the privacy of your account and how annoying not being able to access it can be. Situations in which our e-mail account with personal information, contacts, messages and even our documents are actually a little more delicate.

Sad to say, when the hacker manages to change the account's security information, the account is hardly recoverable. That's why it's very important to keep your security information up to date and use different passwords on all platforms.
