I do understand the urgency of you wanting to find other ways for this issue of yours in regards with your permanent suspension of your account. We are very glad to help you out to find some of the best possible options and troubleshooting's that we can provide for you.

We just want to set your proper expectations on this that we do have very limited resources when it comes to uplifting the suspension of your account and the details of it as well.

Microsoft accounts offer a single sign-in to other Microsoft services, including Outlook.com, OneDrive, Skype and Xbox. To avoid any privacy or security breach to your data, changes to Microsoft Accounts are all automatically handled and validated. We will not be able to manually make ang changes to the account.

And as what you have mentioned that you had also reached out to the Enforcement Team for this, as it turns out we do not really know what caused the issue of this permanent ban of yours all of a sudden. For now, we do not really have the exact answer to this permanent ban of yours and the only thing that we can share is you can use that Microsoft account of yours but not anymore at Xbox.

They denied my Appel we spent a lot of money on his games it didn’t even tell me what he did, how often do people get a permanent suspension. Is there anything else I can do to get his account back. I am very confused on what to do next.

Not this account got ban it my old account is permanent is banned about 3 years go and this my new one and it got ban for 4 days for trash talk then I realise what I doing wrong then I stop doing it

twice my account was 1 day and 2 days into a two week ban when I received an email letting me know I was permanently banned. it did not do this the first time my account was permanently banned. a week ago my account did not say reputation needs work and
now I am banned. the first time I had reputation avoid me and needs work for months before I was permanently banned. thus making me unrightfully permanently banned.

I'm not interested in anything you have to say. XBLPET or whatever needs to lift the ban on one of my accounts.

I would shut my router/modem off overnight, then turn it on the next day and try.
