    What do I do if I've been suspended for a mistake on Xbox behalf?


    I got suspended for 2 days the other day for changing my pfp to a... Questionable character but only for **** and giggles with my mates, that's fine I did the suspension and got unsuspended but I noticed, Xbox didn't remove the picture like they are meant to and usually would do this making my suspension pointless.... Few hours later of being online I get a notification saying I'm suspended again but for 22 days this time and added 3 strikes... Something doesn't add up here because why would they suspend me then not even change the pfp just for me to get suspended again???... Now it could be just an innocent mistake that the AI since they didn't take the picture down , they flagged it again and the case went to a different employee who wasn't educated on my suspension history (otherwise they would know I already completed it etc) but idk I get the feeling it was planned (as much as I think that sounds crazy) because this is not my first rodeo with the enforcement team and my gamerpics , each gamerpics I got suspended for I got away with an appeal so to me it makes sense why they'd trap me... Not to mention I tried appealing this current suspension but they're taking a while longer than usual and I requested a call which never came and I tried joining the Xbox ambassadors which I then got quickly kicked from (not sure if it's automated system or not) idk to me it just feels weird...but anyway what can I do? Should I just wait out the suspension for 21 days from today?

    If you submitted an appeal, all you can do is wait for their response from that. If they deny it, then all you can do is wait it out.

    Check http://enforcement.xbox.com for more info on your ban.

    You can also submit a case review from there if you feel the ban was unfair.

    The enforcement team isn't active on the forums, so they won't help you here.

    I am by no means trying to be acidic, but if you read your Ambassador's guidebook you know the rules and profane messages are problematic. I'd agree with others, try to appeal but don't be shocked if you don't get a change.

    Unfortunately if you have used any prohibited words and guy reported you, system found that as offensive behaviour.

    Stay aware of these situations, just block, mute and report these kind of players. And protect yourself from being suspended from comunication
