What do i do if it says to select a state but it doesnt have mine

mine just doesnt work no matter what i do and fliying is a little slow

it doesnt really wok because if i do what the guide says me to do, i select privacy and online safety, then it sends me back to the guide, i am basically in some kind of loop.

nothing, as everybody is entitled to their own opinion, or just state that's ok, you enjoy your PlayStation and ill enjoy my Xbox. both have their strengths and weaknesses.

I dont know why mine doesnt ask this question but i have gone in to the game already what can i do to gert back to that page?
