    What do I do if I haven't received my Fozra Digital Key Rewards?


    I won the Track Suit, the Hoonigan pack and the VIP DLC but I haven't received emails about them.

    hi! today i bought the digital version of ac4 from within the xbox one's store. however, if i start it, it asks me for the uplay passport for the game. i haven't received any passport information, how can i get my key?

    We see that you chose to register into this sweepstakes with a different email than your Microsoft Account email. Have you checked that email address for these prizes? You may also wish to check the junk mail folder, as we have had reports of users getting
    prizes filtered there.

    As already stated, you would need to contact Microsoft Rewards customer support. They do not use the forums and will not respond to you here.
