What do i do if i gifted my friend a game and there not receiving it

Please can you tell me when you gifted the game to your friend?

Sometimes these can take up to 24 hours. If the game hasn't been gifted, please go to your orders page here: Microsoft account | Order history

Once you have signed into your account, please look for the game you have bought, and you should see an option to view gift code. You can copy the gift code and send it to your friend.

If the game hasn't been delivered promptly, it might still be processing. If it hasn't arrived after 12 hours, you can get the code from your order history. Go to your order history page https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders and look for the item.

Select View gift code. If the code was redeemed, check the name it was sent to.

In case your friend still hasn't received the gift after 24 hours, you can check your purchase history by using the following link:

From there, you can find the gift code and manually send it to your friend so they can redeem it.

When someone gives you a digital game on Xbox, you'll receive an email from Microsoft with a redemption code. This code has 25 characters and is made up of letters and numbers.

To redeem the code, follow these steps:

-Sign in to your Microsoft account on the web.
-Click on "My Account".
-Click on "Redeem code".
-Enter the redemption code in the "Code" field.
-Click "Redeem".
-The game will be added to your game library and you can download and install it.

The code came but I can't except it do to them being in a different region I've changed my location on my system but still can't except it why
