    What do I do if I bought minecoins but it doesn’t show up on my account?


    Bought minecoins for Minecraft on my Nintendo switch. The bank shows the transaction went through but the game shows “0” on the account. What can I do about it?

    Can you see the purchase in your order history? on the switch?

    who is responsible for the sale and nintendo since the game is on their platform, and should consult them.

    [2020] Minecraft Starter Collection ***STILL*** not fulfilling coins

    I am running into the same issue with missing minecoins from the starter pack as well. The only reason the starter pack was purchased was to get a few minecoins to start and they do not show up in the account. The same steps that lindros2 has followed
    have been attempted as well with no luck.
