I did read somewhere online that the clear access key and the refresh certificates would restart the console and send it into a boot loop mode which would make the console unusable meaning that users wouldn't be able to to use their consoles making the console useless or unable to use ie (Bricked) does this still happen to xbox consoles or has this changed for the xbox

So that gamers don't accidentally click on clear access key or refresh certificates
