You need to add the account that bought the subscription to the console and after that choose that console has the home Xbox of that account, don't matter if the subscription it's on a Gmail account, that Gmail account is also your email for the Microsoft account

You can use your gmail account, that's what I use. The "Microsoft account" is basically just Microsoft's way of you being able to tie everything together, but you can use gmail as the login email.

you don't need an microsoft email account to be able to have an Microsoft Account. You can use a gmail email account for a Microsoft Account. (The email address is only the ID for the account).

When you use the gmail account to create a Xbox Live account, you will first need to create a Microsoft Account for that gmail account.

You can use a Gmail to do a Microsoft account, that's not the problem the problem is that the Gmail you are using has already a Microsoft account linked, and seems like you don't know the data used to create that Microsoft account(is not the same data you used on the Gmail, both are different accounts)

I would recommend that if you don't know the information that was used to create a Microsoft account with that Gmail account you should link your Mojang account to a different Microsoft account
