What can I do with proof of an account thief?

Someone haked my account gamesharing (i know i know my own fault but im poor like really poor). He messaged me from an account he admitted was stolen on facebook later. He cant change my password due to a 2 factor reset thank god but can i do anything?
This needs to be stopped. Who in enforcement can i send the evidence too?

if you still have full access to the account change the password, email etc. make it as secure as you can

What exactly do you mean hacked your gamesharing. If you mean Home Xbox, you shouldn't be sharing your account details with anyone, this is a violation of the code of conduct and can result in you getting Enforcement action.

I would suggest changing your password immediately.

The only way to have the enforcement team investigate him is to file a complain on them view their profile. They do not accept outside proof.
