    What can I do to fix the Wizards Tower Dlc?


    Ok so let's start this out with i just recently got the Wizards Tower dlc that I purchased last year back. With that being said, I can install the dlc, it downloads, but then the game doesn't acknowledge it's existence. By which I mean that under the xbox
    one settings (yes im playing on Xbox one) it shows it is downloaded. But when I go into the game settings/downloads on the game, it never appears. Now every other dlc i own does appear in the download section of the options. All exepct the Wizards Tower Dlc.
    Which baffles me beyond anything. Now I have tried un-installing my game and dlc (multiple times i might add), I've deleted all the local storage for 360 and xbox 1 (not thrilled but I wanted to try everything) and yet it still does not want to work. (Pictures
    attached for reference). Does anyone have any other solutions to try?

    This happened to me as well. I am unable to purchase the Wizard’s Tower DLC on Xbox Marketplace on my console or on a desktop computer. I tried 4 times and have been charged but have no DLC. I’m using an Xbox Series X. I was able to download and purchase the other 9 DLCs with no issues. The Wizards Tower is the only DLC I am unable to purchase. Please tell me how I can download the DLC. Thanks for your time.

    Oblivion DLC (The Wizard tower)

    If you own the DLC, then you should be able to redownload it.

    On Xbox 360 goto settings - account - download history, scroll down until you find the dlc, then redownload it.

    On Xbox One goto my games and apps, scroll down to the game, highlight it, then press menu on the controller, and select manage game & DLC, then scroll to ready to install, and select the DLC to download it.

    Also the Wizard Tower is still available

    Hi Glass
    Are you referring to the pop-up showing you the prices once you’re in game > options > downloads > view available content ?

    If yes, I was testing this by myself and I was able to purchase the Wizard’s tower in my Xbox.

    Are you able to see this recent purchase in your Microsoft account order history?

    Where are you physically located? (country)
    Your Xbox console region and the payment method that you want to use are the same as your physical location?
