What can I do to fix my Xbox one?

I just got this console not even a week ago and it is incredibly, insanely slow. I’ve done everything that everybody says to do, I’ve factory reset it, cleared cache used different hdmis and it still doesn’t work. It loads up to a black screen, takes forever to get to the dashboard, freezes up non stop. Games are not even playable as it is right now. What can I do? Send it to somebody to do maintenance?

Have you tried to connect a LAN cable? Did it work? Just for testing purposes.

If nothing works, you may need to send the console for repairs.

Have you tried to use a LAN cable? Just for testing purposes.

The console is not picking up any wireless connection?

Please, try clearing your MAC address.

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Profile & system, then Settings.

In the General tab, select Network settings > Advanced settings > Alternate MAC address > Clear.

Restart your console. Press and hold the Xbox button in the center of your controller to open the Power Center.

Select Restart console and then select Restart.

(If the console appears frozen, press and hold the Xbox button on the console for 10 seconds, until the console turns off. After the console shuts down, touch the Xbox button on the console again to restart.)

Sign in to your console.

Please perform the steps below accordingly:

"1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off.

2. Unplug your console for 5 minutes.

3. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console"
