What can I do to fix certain games that will not load for series x?

I’ve had my console for almost a year and I’m starting to have problems with a few games crashing to dashboard when attempting to load. I’ve preformed multiple resets, reinstalls, and cache clears recommended in other threads by employees but it just doesn’t seem to work. I’ve tried another screen and other cables as well. My Xbox is ethernet connected so network connection shouldn’t be a problem. I’ve even tried factory resetting as well. The games that I’m having problems with are Witcher 3, For Honor, and sometimes NHL 23. These games startup fine but will crash to dashboard through a black screen when attempting to load a part of the game. My console should not be overheating either. I’ve seen that booting the console in low resolution mode could help but my console will not boot in low resolution mode. I will hold the eject and power button until I hear two beeps but the console just shuts back off instead of booting. I do not wish to re-purchase an expensive console that was pretty hard to get.
