What can I do if someone uses my own real face as a profile picture without my permission?

You will be needing to report this, Nat.C. Please follow the steps below:

"1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide, go to People, and then do one of the following to find the player you wish to report:

*If the player is a friend, select Friends, and then select their gamertag.

*If the player isn't a friend, select Recently played with, or select Find someone and enter the player's gamertag to search. Once you find the player, select their gamertag.

2. From the player's profile, select Report or block, and then select Report.

3. Choose your category and reason for the report. Make sure that you choose the most accurate category, as this detail is important to ensuring Xbox Safety can investigate the issue properly.

4. Select Add comment to provide more info, and then select Submit."

I would highly recommend reporting the player by following the steps below:

Rest assured that the enforcement team will review your report.

It can take longer than 4 to 5 hours for the enforcement team to investigate. They receive thousands of reports a day and investigate each one.

Thank you for the reply, I now understand that it could take more time. But, is it allowed on Xbox or can they do this?

However neither my profile was banned. What was banned at the time was only the Console.

My doubt is if I can use these two accounts that have 5 games in them, where I bought with real money, without those "stolen accounts"

My accounts are unique.

Can someone help me get this doubt?
