    What can I do if I changed my phone number before changing my phone number on the Authenticator app and don’t have access to the old phone number? Someone please help me I don’t want to lose access to my Xbox account

    This form wont work if they have 2 step verification enabled. It says so right on the form.

    if I enter my email it logs me in my account but when I try changing the phone number it says that what you just said thanks for trying to help me :)

    What the previous comment says is correct, the form does not work when two-step verification is activated. The only option would be backup codes.

    Hey Courtney I really hope we can fix this So my problem is that I can log in my account but when I try to add a phone number or do anything that requires a phone number verification it requires me to Add the Authenticator app code but I don’t have my of those and if I click another solution it says that it sanded a SMS to my phone number but I don’t have access to it anymore since I changed my phone number months ago and now I don’t have any options
    Unfortunately the form they posted the link to wont work if you have two step verification enabled.

    When you first enabled two step verification it would have given you several backup codes and would have told you to save them somewhere safe.

    Did you save those codes like it said to? If you did then you can enter one of those codes instead once it asks for the code being sent to your old phone number.

    If you didnt save those backup codes then unfortunately your account would be totally unrecoverable. In this sort of situation those backup codes are your absolute last resort for being able to recover your account. Even support cannot help recover it in this sort of situation.
